Hi fam,
Just a friendly reminder. Cold and flu season is upon us. There’s all kinds of bugs going around. I speak from first hand. I know it’s hard to miss any of our workouts but if you’re not feeling well please stay home and rest. Don’t come to the gym. Give your body a chance to recover all while avoiding spreading things within the team. Happy Holidays.

I’ve had the honor of training at Lahaina CrossFit while visiting Maui. We were treated like family and welcomed with open arms.

Locally we are very familiar with the devastation caused by wildfires. We’ve all experienced it first hand. Many of us loosing everything in the blink of an eye.

Sweat Equity it would be an honor to all get together for this tribute workout!

More broadly, it also relates to the cohesiveness of a team, their ability to create a positive working atmosphere and how they recognise the strengths and skills that each team member brings.
