💪 Strength Circuit (Wednesdays 9am • starts 4/29)
Instructed by Allison. A smart, station-based full-body workout that builds strength, core stability, and stamina, all in a high-energy, supportive format. The perfect middle ground between lifting and movement flow.
💃 Zumba Low Impact (Fridays 10:30am • starts 5/1)
Instructed by Jan. All the joy, rhythm, and energy of Zumba, with a gentler, joint-friendly approach. Expect great music, easy-to-follow movement, and that feel-good glow at a happy pace.
💫 Pilates Mat (Mondays 9am • starts 5/4)
Instructed by Kristel. A grounding, strength-building class focused on core stability, alignment, and flow. Move with intention, build from within, and leave feeling balanced and strong.
These additions complement an already dynamic mix of classes in pilates, barre, dance fitness, yoga, functional movement, and more.. giving you a wider variety of ways to move, feel good, and stay consistent.
