Started on a custom Phenix 808 build today. This rod is definitely going to pop. Custom painted guides go on tomorrow or Wednesday. I'll post the progress as it's coming along. This will be a custom marbling job to match the custom grip colors. Gotta say thank you to a couple people that helped me out. Adam Lathrop, Bill Mansel and Ryan Bailey. Appreciate your help guys. The new Alps power wrapper is going to make this so much easier.

Been taking time off to take care of my mom and dad and ended up sick myself.. Sorry to my customers for not building any rods lately. Definitely time to get back to work for my sanity.
Working on a Dallas cowboys themed rod right now. Pics coming soon of the progress. Static tested the guide train tonight and got the underwrapps on and color sealed. Fugi reel seat is custom painted to match the marbling and thread colors going on the rod. Can't wait to show this build.
