At MOVE Sonoma County, we offer small group classes where you get guidance, and get to know the women moving alongside you as you get stronger.

New to classes? Coming back after a break? There’s room for you here. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

A little movement, a little closet cleanout, and a way to give back this October 🍂

Sock-tober at Studio MOVE: If you’re new to MOVE, bring in a new pair of socks and your class is on us. 🙌🏼We’ll donate the socks to The Living Room, a women’s shelter here in Sonoma County.

Then join us Wednesday, October 14 for a fall clothing swap!

Yoga Sculpt is at 6:30 PM if you’d like to move with us first. The swap starts at 7:30 PM, and everyone is welcome to drop in for it.

Bring women’s clothes you’re ready to pass along, plus any children’s costumes your family has outgrown, just in time for Halloween.

We’ll donate the remaining clothes to The Living Room, too.
