30A Lacrosse is a non profit club serving Walton County, Bay County, and Okaloosa county Florida.

Coaching philosophy: To help boys and girls become men and women of empathy and integrity, who will lead and be responsible. We will focus on:
 Teamwork (Leadership/Followership)
 Teaching fundamentals of the game.
 Teaching the rules of the game
 What it takes to be a good teammate
 Sportsmanship
What we expect from our players:

30A Lacrosse is Going Gold 🎗️

September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re proud to help spread awareness and support the incredible work being done by the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation.

Behind every statistic is a child, a family, and a story — and continued research is critical to developing safer, more effective treatments for kids fighting cancer.

We’re proud to use our platform to help shine a little more light on this important cause.

What a morning!

We had a blast at our FREE Lacrosse Clinic this weekend! For a lot of these players, it was their very first time picking up a stick, learning the game, and meeting some of our 30A Lacrosse coaches.

Huge thanks to all the South Walton Girls Lacrosse players that came out and helped with the event! 🫶🏼

For those already registered for the fall season — we can’t wait to keep building from here!

This clinic is for first-time and new players only. Come meet our awesome coaches and they’ll teach the basics in a fun, encouraging environment!

30A Lacrosse Clinic with Mary Charles & 30A Coaches

We are pumped to bring Mary Charles to South Walton High School this upcoming Saturday for an exclusive clinic for 30A players!

Mary is a Northwestern lacrosse alum who competed in the 2024 NCAA National Championship, following four standout years at Marquette University where she earned All-American honors and led the nation in assists in 2023.

Players will hone their shooting, dodging, and passing skills—and most importantly, have a blast on the field!

What a season for 30A Lacrosse.

Huge congratulations to our 12U Boys and 14U Girls teams on winning the NGLA Championships this weekend. An incredible accomplishment and a huge reflection of the hard work these players and coaches have put in all season long.

But beyond the championships, we are incredibly proud of every single team across our program. All 8 teams represented 30A Lacrosse with heart, toughness, effort, and growth throughout the season. We watched players develop confidence, compete for each other, and continue getting better every single week.

The trophies are exciting — but what makes us most proud is the culture, the teamwork, and the way these players competed all season long.

Big future ahead for 30A Lacrosse.
