Variegated Sea Urchins get their name from the variety of colors that they can be; green, white-pink, brown-red, & red-purple. These urchins are part of the phylum Echinodermata. The term “echinoderm” means “spiny skin.” Starfish and sea cucumbers also belong to this family!⭐️
