It felt good to be back breathing, moving, and dancing with our local community last Saturday night at .
The Deep Exhale team hadn’t all been together in nearly three years, but somehow our effortless flow resumed where we left off. There was a lot happening around the city that evening, so the group was intimate. However, the energy, presence, and heart in the room made it feel abundant.
Infinite love and appreciation to our talented musicians ( , .dvine1 , and ) for helping create such a beautiful experience.
Deep gratitude to the entire family for hosting us, and to everyone who chose to spend their Saturday evening with us. Your openness, energy, and willingness to show up fully brought so much life to the experience.

It's officially summer and my heart is overflowing with excitement and gratitude as I invite you to join us for our third annual Chakra Rituals Retreat at Esalen, nestled in the breathtaking beauty of Big Sur, California. This retreat, running from August 12-16, promises to be a profound journey of chakra healing, celebration, and rejuvenation, and we can’t wait to share this transformative experience with you.

Last year at Esalen, alongside my Creative Partner in ✨Shine✨, Marques Wyatt, we created something truly magical. The energy, the connection, and the transformation we witnessed in our students was just beautiful. Little did I know that this retreat would mark the beginning of a pivotal chapter in my life.

Upon returning to Los Angeles, I faced a life-altering diagnosis: stage 4 uterine cancer. In the midst of surgeries and treatments, a conversation with Esalen’s CEO, Camille Wright, offered me a lifeline. Her compassion and grace assured me that our 2024 retreat would go on, providing me with a beacon of hope and something to look forward to.

Over the course of the year, I often closed my eyes and transported myself back to Esalen—immersing in the sacred mineral baths, listening to the ocean’s roar, walking through the vibrant gardens, and feeling the invigorating rush of the ice-cold mountain streams (Marques’ favorite!). I envisioned Marques’ soulful beats inspiring every word I spoke as we gathered in the stunning new dome space and danced our hearts out! These visions kept my spirit alive and connected me to not only hope but to the promise of life beyond cancer.

Now, our retreat is just 6 1/2 weeks away, and Marques and I are preparing to bring a renewed depth, love, and energy. Marques, now a father, and I, still on a massive healing journey, are ready to guide you through a retreat that calls for balance, healing, and living life in full-spectrum color and aliveness.
