My primary purpose is to assist others in making new friends, who share similar fitness activities, sports, and social and spiritual interests. As a Personal Training I enjoy assisting others in meeting their fitness goals, through safe and mindful exercise. We'll cross-promote other 'health & wellness" events too, involving - walking, hiking, weight training, yoga or Pilates, rollerblading, hockey or figure skating, swimming, playing tennis and volleyball. Feel free to Share any events you see/or want to find someone to go with. Our intent is to also support all things that align our MIND and Spirit. All understandings of God will be shared - New Thought, God Consciousness, Religious Freedom, Human Rights, Love and Forgiveness, generally all things Positive. As a long-time Personal FITNESS Trainer, I will be offering up suggested reading, new techniques, classes, and recommend workshops. We intend to listing workshops and classes, to help you achieve your personal fitness goals ... women & weights, stretching, fluid yoga, Interval Training and Cross-Training, and dance studios.
