An unimaginable loss. I did not know Amber but, as a wise man once said, we take care of our own. Sending her healing energy and comfort.

There are some days that sit with you. Days that make you question everything. The news of the shootings in Sutherland Springs, TX on 11/5/17 has weighed heavy on my heart. When I found out that a fellow Pilates Teacher lost 10 of her family members in this tragic, senseless event, I lost my breath. What do you do in a time like this? I honestly don't know. What I do know however, is that it's easy to send a message of support. So today, I ask the Pilates Community to share this post and send Amber Elizabeth Williams a message that we are thinking of her and mourning with her for her family today. Please join me for a moment of silence at 1pm EST to send Amber some supportive energy.
