Why your food choices are better than mine!
Old photo, new story! A lot of clientele come in initially asking for meal plans. What I tell them is that I can give them suggestions on what to eat, how to eat and educate them on macronutrients. However, I do not like to give solid meal plans for a couple of reasons. Number 1, most people have a preset concept of what tastes good and what does not, that is often based around their culture. One culture may enjoy a certain food that is amazing for you and others may hate it. I will never force anyone to perform an exercise or eat a food that they absolutely hate; this can cause a stress response that may be more detrimental to that person's health than beneficial. Number 2, often times, these same people aren't even willing to write a 3-day food journal of what they've eaten, in order to compare foods and average caloric consumptions, so what makes them think that they're actually going to follow a specific plan? If you have questions about how to organize your food options better and what foods will be better for you, please DM me immediately!
