As always we have our PRIDE merch run… will be using the Elwood stuff we have been using recently.

All profit (roughly $15 each item) from this run will be donated to a LGBTQ+ charity - which will be doubled with a corporate match, so $30 from each purchase.

AMP (RAIN) Games 2025

Our in house competitions are always always the best days at the gym. Competing together, pushing ourselves together, hanging out together, supporting together and partying together… everything is better together, the power of the group!

Congrats to the winners in each division below, but on these days everyone is a winner… first time competing, first time moving up divisions, first time hitting a certain weight… wins everywhere.

Thank you to everyone who contributes… very few gyms host events this big, it takes the whole community to make them work…. DJ MC … everyone that judges, sets up, tidies up, helps out and more!

COACH JAKE ❗️Jake is in the business of making people into a better version of themselves through fitness and positivity. His undergraduate degree is in exercise science, with a focus on pedagogy. His master’s is in Education. Goes without saying - he loves to coach! Jake’s been doing CrossFit for 10 years, and since 2018, he’s been with Amp as a coach and member. This place and this community are close to his heart, and he’s known for showing gratitude. Even for Echo sprints!!
