We are reopening our sponsored training program with some new guidelines!
As practitioners, we LOVE to work with people who want to learn how to workout 💪🏻
As they say, give a man a fish, he eats for a day, teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime.
We want to teach you how to fish!
The truth is, no matter how much one on one training you do, if you don’t learn how to workout/think for yourself, your results will be limited.
We find this to be the number 1 limiting factor for people when they train with us.
How willing are they to use their critical thinking skills? Not rely on/fall for band aid fixes/linear solutions that don’t get to the root of the problem?
The fact is, we are only your guides! We cannot complete your movement journey for you. You and only you are the one who can bring yourself to a stronger, more resilient version of your current self!
So we’d like to incentive that type of thinking with more strict sponsored training guidelines.
