Coming to OP this weekend, Sunday, August 16th. The 10th Annual Gene Selznick Memorial California Beach Volleyball Association (CBVA) Open. Music and Post Tournament party at Perry's Cafe and Beach Rentals . 2400 Ocean Front Walk, Santa Monica. Come on down for a great day of high level beach volleyball competition as teams battle on the sand for a piece of the $15,000 prize purse!
Men's and Women's Champions earn a wildcard bid into the Hermosa Beach Open, September 12 -13 at the Hermosa Beach Pier.

There is some big activity happening at The OP....sand dunes!
Check out The Bay Foundation for information regarding the installation of environmental sand dunes along Ocean Park Beaches. https://www.santamonicabay.org/what-we-do/projects/santa-monica-beach-dunes/
These will be just north of the OP wood pole courts to about Bay St., to the south will be on the other side of the Tower 26 restrooms to about Marine St. The OP courts will not be effected. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact them or the City of Santa Monica.
