Happy New Year everyone! All the best for 2026.
There is some big activity happening at The OP....sand dunes!
Check out The Bay Foundation for information regarding the installation of environmental sand dunes along Ocean Park Beaches. https://www.santamonicabay.org/what-we-do/projects/santa-monica-beach-dunes/
These will be just north of the OP wood pole courts to about Bay St., to the south will be on the other side of the Tower 26 restrooms to about Marine St. The OP courts will not be effected. If you have any concerns or questions, please feel free to contact them or the City of Santa Monica.

COURT CLOSURE ALERT!!
The 16 courts at 2400 OP NORTH will be closed on Wednesday May 21 & Thursday May 22 for beach maintenance. The bulldozer will be moving sand from the boardwalk, the walkway wall and maneuvering through the courts. This will not effect the white wood pole courts north of Perry's. Nets will be back up Thursday afternoon once the work is complete.
