COACH SAM’S BEST CAPS 🏊‍♀️😂
At this point, it’s becoming a tradition… if Coach Sam helps put your cap on, there’s a pretty good chance we’re taking a picture. 😂
A little low, a little crooked, maybe missing an eyebrow or two… but somehow they always end up being some of our favorite meet photos. 💙
Just another day on deck with H2O! 🔱

🏊‍♂️ SWIM MEET 101! 🔱📖

With our first meet of the season THIS WEEKEND, we put together an H2O Swim Meet Guidebook for our swimmers and families! 💙

Whether this is your swimmer’s very first meet or you just need a refresher, swipe through before the weekend! We’re covering what to pack, what to do when you arrive, how to read a heat sheet, some pool vocabulary, and even how parents can help as timers.

A few BIG reminders:
⏰ Arrive ON TIME and ready for team warm-up
✍️ Know your Event, Heat & Lane
🗣️ Coaches BEFORE and AFTER every race
💙 Pack your H2O gear, plenty of water & snacks
🙋‍♀️ Parents, don’t be afraid to volunteer to time! Best seat in the house!

Most importantly… HAVE FUN AND RACE FAST! 🔥🏊‍♀️

Save this post for meet day and send it to a new swim parent who might need it!

Meet Coach Devyn! 💙🏊‍♂️

A former collegiate swimmer, Coach Devyn has been teaching swim lessons to swimmers of all ages for the past 6 years and is phenomenal with our young swimmers!

Outside of the pool, Devyn was an AP Scholar and DECA State Participant in high school and went on to study Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology at Cal Lutheran. He also volunteered with Make-A-Wish! 📚✨

His swimming background, education, and ability to connect with young swimmers make him such a great addition to H2O. We’re so excited to have Coach Devyn on deck! 🔱
