We've seen a lot of posts about the city and the proposal to close Paul Nelson Aquatic Center for 6 mo/year. Please drop an email to the Mayor and City Council Members to share your thoughts (email address below!), your history with SMSC, the positive impact it has had on your/your kids, etc. Facebook and Instagram create a lot of buzz and spread the word well, but emails become part of the official record- emails are considered written public comment.
