He combines a patient and supportive demeanor with extensive knowledge of the Pilates method due to his top flight training and practical experience teaching. Phil has helped countless people reach for their goals of a healthy body and mind. Many back, shoulder and neck issues have been alleviated, and indeed, he has worked with many individuals who have had joint replacements, with great success. His favorite part of teaching is seeing his clients gain strength and then confidence after working with him. If you thought you couldn't, think again.
