Sunday (9/22) trail run: Aspen Vista Trail, 8am. Meet at the Running Hub parking lot at 7:15am to carpool (Grey Honda minivan) or meet at the trail head at 8am for an out and back run up Aspen Vista. This is great prep work for the Big T trail race since it's the same course.
