Doubt is only a thought of you without your desire. There are only two possibilities for your thoughts. Your thought is either about yourself with your desires or without them. They are either wanted thoughts or unwanted thoughts. That’s it!👐

It is your job to raise your Self-Awareness enough to look at your thoughts objectively (meaning without judging them) and then make a choice about whether you will continue to entertain them.🤔

You are responsible for every facet of your experience. Whether you realize it consciously or not, you are always creating your reality. Instead of beating yourself up or feeling sorry for yourself about what you’ve created so far, you want to turn that feeling into supreme empowerment because you now know that you can change it to what you prefer.⚡️

Through the thoughts that you dominantly entertain and employ with a feeling of realness to, you create every person, circumstance, and event around you. They are all a reflection of what you believe to be true of yourself. 🌜🌛

A belief is only a thought you keep thinking. If you can think the thought of yourself with your desire in first person, present tense point of view and do it repetitively with a feeling of realness, then you can manifest that thought into its physical equivalent.🙌

Keep reminding yourself that you create your experience and you have control over the thoughts you think and therefore feel to be true. You do not have to stay stuck in the doubt thoughts of you without your desire, no matter how long you’ve practiced them.✅

A state is a body of beliefs about yourself. When you are manifesting a desire it will be very helpful to identify any beliefs you hold in relation to your desire that might be in contradiction. Once you identify the unwanted belief, you can begin to affirm and believe in the one you prefer. 💥

For example, say you want a happy, blissful, committed relationship or marriage. You attempt to feel the feeling of actually being in this relationship, but keep finding that you feel nothing or even feel negative emotion. This indicates that you have a core belief that you are unloved, unwanted, or unworthy. 🙁

The way to grow the belief in yourself being loved, wanted, and worthy is to acknowledge that you have a greater aspect of yourself beyond your mind and physical body. You can call this greater aspect of self whatever you want: Inner Being, Source, God, Subconscious Mind, Higher Mind, Imagination, Infinite Intelligence, etc. The name you give it is unimportant, what really matters is that you acknowledge that it is the aspect of self that loves you unconditionally and will always and eternally see your indescribable worthiness. ✨

Once you grow a relationship with this aspect of yourself, you will feel so loved at such a steady rate and in such an immense magnitude that you simply cannot help but begin to take this abundance of love and turn it outward. Your Inner Being is an inexhaustible source of love. Instead of looking to others outside of yourself for love, you want to feel the love from your Inner Being which will then (paradoxically) attract love from others. 🥰

Get it turned around! You are loved from within and when you choose to feel that more dominantly, then you will be shown a reflection of that feeling in all people and situations outside of you. 🙌

The key here is to have faith when you see the opposite of what you desire. That is what will make the difference so that your desire will come to pass. 🥳

Your thoughts have momentum. The more often you think a thought and believe it to be true (whether it is objectively true or not) the more you lock that thought into physically manifesting. If you can focus on yourself having your desire from the present tense and not follow it with any doubtful thought, then you won’t have to persist too much and it will manifest in short order. 🙌

However, more often than not, what you desire you have been thinking about a lot already and have set up contradictory thinking. Sometimes you think about yourself from the perspective that you already have your desire and sometimes you think about all the reasons why it cannot be. If you continue to flipflop back and forth then you will keep yourself in a deadlock. 😓

Your best chance of getting out ahead of this cycle and interrupting the pattern is to agree with yourself right now that for a certain period (could be 3 days, a month, or several months) you are going to actively choose to believe in your success even when you see opposite results. ✅✅✅

Do not spend any time analyzing the unwanted results that will continue to pop up for you, because these are already anticipated. You know that your old, unchecked thinking caused them to manifest and so do not have to give the unwanted results any more validation. ❌

The sooner you can break through the old habits of thought, the sooner you will see the shifts you seek that will give you encouragement that you are making a difference through your mental efforts. 😌

Whether you are aware or not, your assumptions about yourself and others are what manifest in the form of people, circumstances, and events. It is your job to begin to raise your self-awareness of what assumptions you have that you aren’t conscious of if they are hindering you. Once you do this you can change them to the assumptions that will serve you.

Do you assume yourself to be healthy or unhealthy?

Happy or unhappy?

Appreciated or unappreciated?

Wealthy and prosperous or lacking?

Whatever your answer is, that is the evidence people and circumstances around you have been showing and will continue to show you. Changing your assumptions is surprisingly easy. It really just comes down to repetition.

However, just because it is easy to accomplish doesn't mean you will actually do it. You have to see the benefit to changing what thoughts and feelings you persist in.

So is it worth it to you to change your thoughts? Do you really want your desire?

No matter how real and unchangable any current circumstances may seem, you ALWAYS have the ability to choose and create the circumstances you prefer.

Your current manifested reality is only a production of your previous dominant pattern of thoughts that you’ve practiced with a sincere feeling. Those thoughts are completely changeable and do not need to be permanent unless you prefer that they be so.

The thoughts you imagine with a visual image, a sound, a taste, a smell, or a touch over and over begin to feel real. The more often you practice them the MORE real they feel until there is a saturation point and the thoughts pop into a physical form equivalent.

That is the whole process of how you’ve brought about EVERY circumstance in your life, whether it is pleasing to you or not. The thoughts you dominantly focus on with imaginary sensation are what manifest.

If you are experiencing lack of anything you desire, whether it be health, wealth, or a relationship, then that means you are IMAGINING yourself without it and telling yourself, “Yes this is very true.”

You must learn to break the patterns of through of lack of anything (that YOU’VE created) and begin to see yourself as having your desire and it must be done in your NOW moment.

Do this repetitively and what you desire will take physical form. It is law.

If you keep reacting to your current circumstances you will continue to experience them. You must begin to detach from your old state of lack/limitation and start contemplating the state of abundance/having/love/connection even if you have zero evidence of it in your experience right now.

Yes, at first it feels odd to imagine yourself having what you desire when everything in your experience is telling you that it cannot be. This is just a short lived phase, however, that must be overcome through repetitive focus upon your aim.

Faith is believing in something not yet seen until it becomes visible to all. You cannot be so easily discouraged when your desire is in the process of becoming and hasn’t shown up yet. You must trust that if you continue to focus upon the experience that you are it NOW or you have it NOW that it absolutely must come to pass as a situation or event for you.

Faith is your greatest power. It is the ability to trust YOUR OWN consciousness. You know that if you do the “work” of imagining yourself in the state of the wish fulfilled that you must by law experience that state.

Detach from fear, doubt, confusion, insecurity, and lack. Attach to the feeling that your desire is already a fully manifested physical reality. Have faith by continuing OVER AND OVER to detach from your fear/doubts and attaching to your success.

All possibilities exist simultaneously in an infinite and eternal now. Time playing out in seemingly individual, successive moments is an illusion of our mental faculty that gives us a sense of progress and anchors us to our physical experience.

When you decide to focus on what you prefer, you must also keep in mind that you need to go all the way to the point BEYOND it having come to pass. It doesn’t have to be far past it, but you want to choose a point where what you desire has come and it is something that really doesn’t amaze or surprise you anymore. You want to choose the moment when it feels totally normal and comfortable and like it has always been this way.

Lastly, make sure you’re choosing the FEELING rather than trying to force yourself to think a thought that feels unnatural to you. If you are currently experiencing a lack of something (finance, relationship, or good health) and you try to think “I have plenty of money, I am happily married, or I have perfect health,” you will likely only intensify your current sense of lack. You must contemplate how it would FEEL if you had what you desire.

For example: “If I had more than enough money and resources, I would feel secure, relaxed, and proud.”

“If I were happily married, I would feel joyful, loved, and content.”

“If I had perfect health, I would feel energized, strong, and passionate about life.”

Through contemplating the FEELING you are simultaneously activating the thought without creating resistance to the thought with your logic. Your subconscious mind doesn’t use logic and nor does it actually know the difference between what is physical reality and what you are simply telling it with no proof or physical feedback. It accepts as true whatever you FEEL to be true and produces the physical reality equivalent. And it must be considered to be happening NOW, not eventually or at any point in time “later”. To your subconscious mind there is only NOW.

You must remember that it is your dominant thoughts and emotions that come first, THEN the physical manifestations follow.

It is so easy to forget this and to keep reacting to old manifested moments that were created through previous unregulated thoughts.

Don’t be disheartened if you have activated unwanted thoughts and even created physical circumstances or events from them. You only have to refocus yourself in order to see changes and those changes can even be instant.

It is your dominantly practiced thoughts and your feeling that those thoughts are real that manifest. Not all your thoughts manifest, just the ones you think the most often with the most sense of trust in them.

If you want to change your thoughts you must be prepared to know that you will have some amount of regression into your old habit. You cannot become discouraged and give up! You must realize that your thoughts have momentum and choose to stay dedicated to the thoughts you prefer no matter how many times you must try again.

Technically, all possibilities exist in an infinite and eternal now.

Your only job is to focus upon what you prefer from the point of view that you ALREADY have your desire fully manifested now. You don’t imagine that it will happen at some future point, you must train yourself to live in the moment that your desire has already come to pass.

This current moment may seem fleeting and ever changing as you begin inspecting it, but you will quickly start to see that it is surprisingly stable. If you are without your desire, it is because you keep thinking from the perspective that RIGHT NOW you do not have it.

You have to RIGHT NOW change what you believe to be true. Even though you may see exactly the opposite of what you are manifesting, you MUST REFOCUS IN YOUR NOW to the feeling that you do have your desire.

It may take many many attempts to refocus yourself, but it will be completely worth it once you realize just how changeable your perception in your now truly is.

CHALLENGE YOURSELF! Don’t accept your current state of lack or limitation. YOU are the operant power of your reality, not the current manifested results you previously created.

Every new now moment is another opportunity to refocus yourself into the perspective that you are ALREADY the version of you who has your desire.

It isn’t the thought itself that holds the power, it is your BELIEF IN THE THOUGHT that has the ability to make manifest.

Everything you experience that has a physical expression around you was FIRST a thought. Then that thought had to be accepted as true by you. From that point all things align to show you the evidence of what you have chosen (either deliberately or unconsciously) to believe.

It isn’t the business or financial success that will make you successful, it is your belief that you are successful that causes you to experience success.

It isn’t a relationship that causes you to feel love, it is your belief that you feel loved that causes you to experience loving situations with yourself or others.

And it isn’t the exercise or proper diet that causes you to express good health, it is your belief that you are well and feel wonderful in your body.

It is SO easy to forget this order of operations and begin to blame current circumstances or events for our lack of achievement in any area of life.

It’s time to stop explaining why things aren’t working out and to begin choosing the beliefs you prefer. It will take time and often many failures, but it is completely worth doing.

What are you choosing to believe today? That you are abundant and successful? That you are loved and cherished? That you are healthy and vibrant?

Appreciation means acknowledging the natural tendency of the universe to expand and prosper in perfect timing. Awareness has the ability to move with complete freedom and you have that awareness within you.
