Yes as of midnight last night form 4 rules have changed for some. However there is no real documentation on how ffl dealers are to move about with this situation. Yes we want to sell you suppressors on a 4473! No we don’t think you should have to even do that as it’s not a firearm. However we are a very small store that doesn’t make the money like The big stores “one store so far”. This is our livelihood and I will not put myself, my team or this store in jeopardy. That being said we hope to have clarification from the ATF within 48 hours on how to move forward. Cross your fingers in the next week we can just do 4473s for all cans and sbr, sbs.
