As we officially close Dare Strength (Formerly CrossFit Dare), I want to sincerely thank everyone who has trained with us and supported us throughout the past 12 years.

I hope all the reps completed, weights lifted, muscles gained, fat lost, elbows rubbed and fists bumped will leave an impact that’s greater than just fitness.

I wish you all continued strength, health and success in your lives and please don’t forget to thank your local trainers, coaches, gym owners and small business owners for their hard work.

We approach exercise differently.

It’s not ONLY about losing weight

You can make progress by:
- Getting stronger
- Having more energy
- Becoming more flexible
- Getting better quality sleep
- Changing your eating habits
- Using exercise to decrease stress
- Being able to do a challenging exercise

BUT

You don’t need wait until you achieve all of these things

To be happy about the progress you’ve already made

There’s a season to push forward towards your goals

And there’s a season to maintain the improvements you’ve made

Once you learn and practice prepping your meals it’s a skill you have for the rest of your life

We get life throws curveballs, but you get back on track as soon as you can

It starts with one decision (or indecision)

- I’ll have this late night snack just today
- We can go for a walk tomorrow
- I’ll skip the gym just this week
- Let’s just get take out tonight

Then the decisions start to stack up

Days turn to weeks..
Weeks turn to a month..
A few months turn into years..

But! We were able to catch it before it got too late for Sam

- New father to a lovely one year old
- Happy husband to his ride or die wife
- Busy as an entrepreneur / business owner
- Maintaining friendships and relationships with his community

He let the stress and lack of preparation lead to frequent fast food take outs and late night snacking

But the goal to be a fit father and a hunky husband brought him into our program

Sam practice extreme discipline with some treats along the way (come on, we’re all human)

His wife’s moral and nutritious meal support helped him achieve drastic results.
