First Day of Practice Attire-

Football:
• Black shorts
• White shirt with player’s last name written on the back
• Cleats

Cheer:
• Black shorts or leggings
• White shirt
• High ponytail
• Athletic shoes with thin soles

💧 Please make sure your athlete brings plenty of water to stay hydrated during practice!

This Saturday, May 23rd from 2:00PM–4:30PM, the NSFS Saints will be hosting sports physicals with Dr. Zo!

💲 $20 per athlete
💵 Cash & Zelle accepted

📍 Little Lake Park – Equipment Room

We will also be accepting new player registrations during the event!
