* There will be no regular classes in session. *

However... There will be an OPEN MAT sessions from
10AM - 1230PM

for all programs...

This Wednesday, May 13, we’re excited to have BJJ Black Belt and ADCC North American Trials Champion Marcos Avellan teaching a special No-Gi seminar!

Marcos will be covering his favorite attacks against the Butterfly Guard, including:

• High-level guard passing setups
• Submission attacks
• Strategic details for shutting down one of grappling’s most dangerous guards

This seminar is FREE for all current members — and even former members are invited to attend.
