Welcome Caitlin Beebe (Caitlin) to the Desert Dream studio team! Join Caitlin in a monthly mini workshop series this fall. The first class is Thursday Sept 17, 6-7:15pm, drop in or use your desert dream dance pass! It is recommended you have Datura Style belly dance basics before joining this monthly series. Class details below.

Join us for a Datura Style improv jam session! Caitlin will guide dancers through group improvisation using Datura Style vocabulary, moving between fast and slow combinations and incorporating stall movements, shadowing, flip steps, lead changes, and various zil patterns. We’ll begin with a brief warm-up, then jump into dancing together through improvisational flow before winding down with a cool-down. Zils encouraged!

Fall session with Janelle Rodriguez starts Tuesday Sept 1st 🍂 fall means haunted season. Lotsa spooky choreographies coming at you! 3 choreographies to choose from plus your favorite weekly training classes are here for your weekly technique tuneups.

✨Monday 6pm (adv beg/intermediate level) “Season of the witch” there is floor work floor in this choreography. 7:10pm L2 Vocab & Technique

✨Tuesday 6pm L1 belly dance technique

✨Wednesday 5:30pm (L1+ vocab) “Isdes” choreography utilizing Salimpour L1 vocab set to a classic contemporary fusion piece by Maduro.

✨Thursday 7:15pm “Dawn in the city” by Pentaphobe this is a beginner friendly character based choreography, open levels. Slow and mysterious!

✨Saturday 10:45am Intro belly dance technique

✨Sunday 11am belly dance barre & conditioning
