TRI GRIT is about making triathlon and fitness training an exciting and personal rewarding experience that will be carried on in all aspects of life

We believe that triathlon has a place in all people’s busy lives. We will help you find it. Through our supportive team, we will teach you to find that inner Grit, the fortitude that is within all of us, to push past our own personal limitations and expectations. We want the workouts to make you feel alive! This group-based training program is comprehensive and challenging enough to support both t

he beginner as well as an experienced triathlete. Fun, challenging workouts, and training plans allow athletes to conquer their goals whether to simply finish strong or at the front of the pack.
