Lex Albrecht has represented Canada 3 times at the World Championships, has had 3 podiums at the Canadian National Championships and holds 7 Champion of Quebec titles.

I was glad to see everyone I did (selfie or not), to push pedals in my favourite neck of the woods - with very good people, and to check out some of the latest, greatest (and... intriguing) offerings.

I love that I did it, and I also love that I am back at . Thanks to the and häusdawgs (they're a kind of homedawgs) crew. Doing the Gran Fondo was a brilliant choice!

Hi from Colorado.

I went jogging on this trail today and had that déjà vu feeling, like I'd been here before but probably not.

As I kept going, more and more looked familiar - the twists, turns, rock faces, and even the steep hill leading up to the Marriott, which I'd definitely scaled before.

My gut and memory prevail again; I've been here after all.

Colorado is definitely one of my favourite states, and it's a treat to ne back in the Springs.

It's my week - on to day 2/7 of the celebrations. Birthday Magic is everywhere!
