We are dancing a Samhain 5Rhythms sunset session out in the woods and wilds this Sunday 11/2 lightly led by Tess

Samhain is the Celtic festival of the ancestors -and we are now in the first few days of the Celtic new year (from my English birth-land). It is a potent time for intention setting, for dancing deep and for touching into the magic and mystery behind it all. So come join us to move through sunset and enjoy the wonders of dancing with the natural world (via headsets). It is important to me that we make time for mindful moments in our lives, to stop and celebrate amidst the relentless tides of time. To pause for pleasure, for reflection, for restoration... To dance as deliberate act of living fully and drinking in life deeply :)
The session is 330-5pm this Sunday -tucked in a sweetly hidden spot amongst the trees out in the very back of the Lighthouse Fields park area. $20 on the (non) door!

Dancing in the Unknown
A dance- investigation into thriving through times of uncertainty.
Monday 14th July

Sometimes we come to places on our personal pathways through life, where googlemaps just can’t take us -and we have to trust in our own inner good-guidance instead!
We each have a deep knowing within us; some part of us a that gives us clear intuitions and inspirations, nudges and gnosis.

The dance-floor is such a great place to practice following that wisdom within us. It teaches us to follow our own feet, to see that we can indeed faithfully feel our way forwards- as we find our way through. The dance supports us in learning that we can navigate our next steps by trusting in ourselves; in our own soma, psyche and sensing.

Come dance a 5 Rhythms session where we will practice being with our own body-wisdom, and all the ways that it supports us in navigating through the dance of life. Monday 14th July. Tess Howell subbing for Tom Truman at Monday Night 5Rhythms Connections Class 7-9pm at The Tannery, Santa Cruz.

Santa Cruz Monday night folks- if you happen to be at Northern California Dance camp then come dance 5 Rhythms with Tess Howell on Saturday and Tuesday :)

Saturday will be the opening Solstice Celebratory session
and
Tuesday will be a “Wild Wonder”- an outdoors headset session taking us all deep into the majesty of dancing out with the trees under those High Sierra summer skies.

An if you're still in town then Tom will be offering Monday night magic at the Tannery- as per usual :)
