Call it what you want to call it, but I call them progressive drop offs.

The loading strategy for this workout may resemble Linda, but we’ve included different movements and rep schemes to mix it up!  

Every now and then, it’s good to challenge athletes occasionally with workouts like these, with moderate to heavy loads at moderate-to-high volume.

The limiting factor for some people might be the deadlifts, which is why they have the least amount of reps. In any case, people will likely find whatever they are weakest at the hardest. Or it might be their overall strength endurance that lets them down.

Either way, this is a great workout, and it will allow the barbell lovers a chance to shine!
