Melissa has been involved in this fitness industry for over fifteen years as a certified personal trainer (through NASM and NCEP). She has a Masters degree in Counseling, and a Bachelors with a concentration in Kinesiology. Melissa has worked with women and men of all ages to help them reach their goals and improve their health.
