I used 2 50 lb. DBs for this workout, 1 35 lb. Thor hammer, and 1 62 lb. KB for this workout.

Strength Training (Afternoon):
Pull-ups: 5 x 10, 20 sidelying straight leg raises after first four sets (do 20 of one leg after the set and switch to the other leg the next time)
Pendlay rows:
1 x 10 @ 135 lbs., 1 x 10 @ 155 lbs., 2 x 5 @ 185 lbs., 1 drop set x 10 burpee barbell rows @ 135 lbs.
20 goblet squats with a 60 lb. DB after each set
Lat pulldown machine: 3 x 10, 50 plank jacks after each set
Standing E-Z bar bicep curls: 3 x 10 @ 70 lbs., 1 x set of 3-4-5 (90 lbs., 80 lbs., 70 lbs.), 1 dropset x 10 @ 60 lbs.
Active rest between each set (20 alt. 1-arm KB swings with 35 lb. DB, or 20 alt. DB snatches with 35 lb. DB)
