It’s been a while since I’ve posted on this page.
I still run into people here in SCV that don’t know I still teach.
I left LA Fitness over 3 years ago and opened my own studio.
We are moving into a beautiful new location mid June.
Until then we have a large variety of great classes.
Tonight / come Zumba with me !!

I mean seriously- YO- grown people I "Facebook know"...... ya'll know you need some more playtime. We get cranky af because we don't stop nearly enough to just play and have a good time.
Just as important for you health as all the other to do's.

So moral of the story- get your b***y out of the house tonight, away from work, stress, laundry, and whatever else--and come dance !
