The Valencia YMCA is offering free membership to teenagers this summer! June and July are free and after that it's only $15 a month. I just signed my two kids up and they love it! Take advantage of this great opportunity!

Last day of Zumba was a blast! A lot of energy and wonderful people! My Zumba ladies are the best!! Thanks for making my job so much fun. I'll miss you during the break but look forward to a great summer session! See you in June!

Hi Fitness Ladies! Pilates is cancelled today because I'm not feeling well, sore throat. Hoping a day of rest will help me feel better. Pilates will resume in two weeks after Spring Break. See you on April 12th. Have a great day!

We had tons of fun this week at Zumba rocking all your song requests! Great energy!! You guys look amazing on the dance floor especially doing Bollywood! I'm excited to start spring classes tomorrow! See you guys on the dance floor!

We had a blast in October in Zumba! You all looked so pretty in pink for Breast Cancer Awareness. And loved seeing all the costumes for Halloween. Thanks for a great time!

I'll be teaching Zumba Sculpt & Stretch, Yoga, Pilates and bringing back Zumba on Fridays for one full hour of dance! (New time for morning classes is 8:30 - 9:30am.) And last but not least, introducing Bollywood Fitness on Thursday evenings at 6:15pm. It will be an hour of exotic rhythms and dances. Come join me for a fun and fit summer!! See you on the dance floor!! ;)

Registration opens May 13th. Classes begin the week of June 29th.
