I’ve spent the last few years building a cookie business I’m incredibly proud of… and now I’m entering a new chapter. 🍪

My kids are starting school full time, which means I have WAY more time to put into my business.

My first thought was, “Great, I’ll just take twice as many orders.”

But the more I thought about it, the more I realized that’s not the business I want to build.

I don’t want it if it comes at the expense of my joy, my family, or the reason I started this in the first place.

So over the next 90 days, I’m testing a new way to grow my bakery to $7K/month… intentionally, sustainably, and in a way that still feels like me.

Some things will work & some things probably won’t. I’m bringing you along for all of it!

Tomorrow I’m sharing my July income breakdown so we can see exactly where we’re starting. 👀

🍪 Cookie hot takes are officially on the menu. 😅

3 things in the cookie world that I think are a little (okay, a lot) overrated:
- Icing transfers
- Edible printers
- AI flyers & marketing photos

Will everyone agree? No, I actually think most of you will be outraged 😆

But after years of running my own cookie business and coaching other cookie decorators, these are my opinions I stand by in my actual cookie business.
