FLASH NEWS! Please spread the word. Get ready for the holidays and burn up to 600 calories with this "sample class" Jazzercise with Patsy -Saturday Class - CITY CODE: 1385.412. This class will be a 1 or 2 classes tryout enrolment from 11/10/12 - 11/17/12 @ 08:30 am to 09:30 am for a very low fee of $5 each class! Tell your friends if they want to try the all new energized jazzercise work out. This is a great opportunity to join us for a class or two or even more if they like it!

Dear all,
As you already know, I had to take some medical leave to take care of myself but as of now, I feel much better and the doctor has told me my ankle is healing well, so I'll be back soon with all of you to put some more good rock to Newall park. I am really thankful with Lynda and Nancy that had been pivotal in keeping you in shape and with rythm. Can't wait to go back with you'all!!
