Meditation and Mindfulness has transformed my life! It is my rock. My steadfast. I have been practicing for 3 years now on a daily. At first it was difficult, but the secret is simple. Start small. 5 minutes! Honestly it is one of those "less is more" things. Do it first thing in the morn (especially before your coffee, i know this from experience! Its hard to sit still when caffeine is buzzing through your body, lol!) In the beginning you want to create a space to go to, then after that just free-flow it! This morn i climbed up on a stone wall n sat, was super good work for my abs in the balancing, lol, and the view was amazzzzing! Try and focus on just your breath, and when you feel your mind wandering, first witness it, accept where you are in that moment with no judgement, then go back to your breath. Its progress people, not perfection, so be gentle with yourself. But let me just say this, once you can rediscipline your mind in this way, you can rise above anything! You are so powerful within and there is no stopping you! Let today be your new beginning! Meditate, be mindful, breathe, love yourself.
