Today was a “Fitstyle Team Up” with rollin through and saying what’s up to .fit working with

Came into a cool conversation about caloric burn and saying get more affiliated with what you feel is as effort/sensation put into etc. So therefore as you get in better shape you can keep that pressure against that feeling to keep your expenditures up as you’re getting in better and better shape.
