As a former athlete, I still train to be athletic, not just strong.
Anyone can lift weights, but can you still jump, sprint, change direction, move efficiently, and stay explosive as you age?
That’s why my training includes strength work, but also jumps, pulls, carries, footwork, agility, mobility, and athletic movement. The goal isn’t just building muscle, it’s maintaining the ability to move, perform, and enjoy life at a high level.
As we get older, we don’t stop training because we age. We age because we stop moving athletically.
Stay strong. Stay explosive. Stay mobile. Stay capable.
Train for life, not just the mirror.
