Some of you know that Brent played soccer for De Anza College (Jr. College) before transfering to Menlo College (NAIA D1) on a full scholarship to play soccer (goalie). Brent had the option to go into the MLS draft but chose not too. So straight out of college, De Anza College offered Brent the Assistant Coach and Head Coach for the Goalkeepers. Thursday evening, Brent attended an event at De Anza College. Keep in mind, this was Brent's first year as a college coach. De Anza College finished 2nd in CCCAA (California Community College Athletic Association) conference and top 10 in the Nation. To his suprise, he received this award along with the other soccer coaches. Coach Rusty (head coach of De Anza) gave Brent this opportunity to coach and for this, we thank you Rusty. Mom and dad are very proud of Brent and this award ⚽️
