Today’s workout was a chest and abs combined. I always incorporate either abs or oblique exercises with my workout it helps me strengthen my core and releases the tightness on my lower extremity.

Client workout highlight- we started a couple of weeks ago with a goal of gaining weight. From 90lbs as our baseline weight, we had a chance of having her weigh in today. She gained 2.18lbs which is awesome. We are focus in doing resistance training and incorporate it with some functional exercises. Rep ranges are between 6-10 for to develop her strength and build more muscle in the process. Macro tracking plays a huge part of her gains. More gains to come💪
