Twisters is a community centered business that provides quality indoor sports instruction and entertainment to children ages 15 months to 18 years of age. Twisters was established to bring the joy of sports back to an industry that has simply gotten out of control over the past decade. With the 5x increase in overuse injuries and the professionalization of youth sports over the past decade, Twiste

rs’ goal is to, "Go back to the basics" and help kids experience the positive benefits of sports in an educational setting.

The Compulsory Routines not only revealed weaknesses through “required” movement, but also required the gymnast to find a way to separate themselves from the field. THIS lead to artistic freedom and expression that you don’t see a lot of today. In my opinion, the Compulsories were the other half of the sport that created its balance. Bring back the Compulsories and you bring back Artistic Gymnastics.
