Self-care isnβt something you accomplish, conquor, or check-off; Self-care is taking time to check-in, journal, exercise, meditate, sit quiety with your morning cup of coffee/tea, etc.
Understand that βfinding balanceβ isnβt a one time thing, itβs a life-long dance that has its ebbs and flows and is made up of all these little (or big) things we do to connect back to our true selves.
Practice bringing awareness and presence to your day to day life by acknowledging the things that you are doing, that make you feel connected/grounded.
