Shang Yun Xiang, 尚云祥was the founder of Shang Style Xing Yi Quan.

Xin Jian Hou, 辛健侯 was my Shang Style Xing Yu Quan grandmaster. He won the first place at the first “Guo Shu Kao “(full contact fighting tournament ), also known as Northeast martial arts tournament, which was held in September, 1931, in Shenyang, China.

Zhang Guo Liang, 张国良 was my Shang Style Xing Yi Quan master. He finished in the top ten of the second “ Guo Shu Kao”( full contact fighting tournament ), also known as Northwest martial arts tournament, which was held in September 1947, in Shenyang, China.

The China Mantis Boxing Museum Official opened on July 31, 2026, in
Laiyang city, Shandong Province. China 🇨🇳

Laiyang is the birthplace of Mantis Boxing. The China Mantis Boxing Museum is China’s first theme museum dedicated to the 300- year heritage, history, and global evolution of Mantis Boxing.
