Michael Mac Donald was a professional kickboxing and MMA fighter when he realized his true passion was in teaching people the skills he’d spent years perfecting. Important Update to Our Community

We are very sorry to share that the Valhalla studio will be closed indefinitely, effective immediately.

During this transition, Fitness Impact is opening its doors to welcome all members at our location:
📍 25 W. Anapamu St., Suite B
(just across the parking lot from the Valhalla studio)

We are actively working on establishing a larger, more permanent home for Martial Arts through Fitness Impact in the near future. In the meantime, we’re here to support you and keep everyone training together.
