The longest day of the year invites us to pause and take it all in.

To notice what has grown.
What has softened.
What has carried us here.

Join us for an evening of Yin Yoga, reflection, and journaling as we honor the abundance of the season and reconnect with what matters most.

⏰ When was the last time you started a morning routine???

The secret isn’t wanting to get up, it’s setting the alarm and not engaging in the conversation that starts when it goes off.

Then just start moving towards what you said you wanted for yourself the night before.

Most people are waiting until they feel like it. The people who actually see results stopped waiting.

We’ve expanded our Pilates + Sculpt schedule to have a morning strength class Monday thru Friday, 7:00/7:15 AM.

Not because one workout changes your life. Because doing it again tomorrow does. And the day after that.

We’ve seen it so many times:
more strength
more energy
better posture
clearer head
better decisions
… before most people have even had their morning coffee.

The hardest part is the first one. After that, it just becomes your morning.

Set your alarm all week, get up, get in and see what the consistency creates 💥

A 90-minute practice designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.
We’ll move through:
🌊 Yin yoga to create space in the body
🌬️ Breathwork to shift stagnant energy and reconnect inward
✨ Sound meditation to settle the nervous system and restore
 
No need to be “good” at slowing down.
No need to have the moon figured out. 😉
Just come as you are, bring your mat, and give yourself the space to feel, release, and reset.
 
After practice, we’ll gather for a community potluck.

Join us tonight at 7:15pm for Release + Reset, a 60-minute myofascial release class designed to help you move better, feel freer, and understand your body on a deeper level.

Using massage balls and targeted techniques, we’ll work through common areas of restriction like the feet, hips, glutes, hamstrings, shoulders, and upper back to improve mobility, recovery, and overall movement quality.

Whether you’re feeling tight, overworked, stuck, or simply craving a reset, this class will leave you feeling lighter, more open, and equipped with tools you can use anytime your body needs it. Led by Natalie, all levels are welcome!

Meet Danika ⚡️

A RYT-500HR instructor with certifications in Stress & Trauma Aware Yoga, Sound Healing, and Functional Range Conditioning & Mobility (FRC). Her teaching style blends mindful movement with athletic intensity, rooted equally in nervous system regulation and strength-building. Having just moved to Santa Barbara from Austin, TX, Danika brings strong live music + EDM energy with her 🎶

You’ll find her teaching:
🌊 Mondays: Deep Flow 12:00pm
🌟 Tuesdays: Flow + Sound 7:15pm (new!)
