Waitttt.. is that?? Yep. That’s right. That’s the top female 5k finisher from the BullFrog race. Since this picture from the summer of 2024 Trinity Sanchez has been one of my most dependable gym go-ers— even on the weekends, holidays… no excuses weighed more than her goals. She went from 165lbs in 2024 to 130lb in 2026 ✨👏🏽🤯

She is proof that changes aren’t immediate gratification—- but the long game is always worth it!

A lot of people are waiting to feel motivated again.

Your life cannot always be controlled by your feelings.

There will be seasons where you feel tired, overwhelmed, distracted, or mentally checked out.

You still have to take care of yourself during those seasons too.

That is what creates resilience.

Ashley decided to participate in a weight loss challenge at work, won the dang thing and is still putting in work. During the challenge she lost 26.5 pounds. The last year she has lost 40+ pounds and looks like a whole new person—check out that glow! Now, the goal is to beat her brother in law at a foot race by the end of summer. Y’all clap for this girl! She’s earned this!👏🏽🫶🏼🙌🏼
