We are excited to launch a global self defense course for women in partnership with world martial art champion James Sang Lee and his Rock Self Defense program.
Join us for the formal launch on the 18th of April at 7 am EST.

Across the world, women continue to face alarming levels of gender-based violence and harassment. According to global studies, 1 in 3 women experience physical or sexual violence in their lifetime. From domestic abuse to street harassment and unsafe public spaces, these challenges impact women’s freedom, confidence, and daily lives. Too many live in fear where they should feel safe. This course is not just about self-defense — it’s about empowerment, confidence, and reclaiming personal safety. Every woman deserves the tools and strength to protect herself and walk freely in her own community.
