If you want to learn Self Defense come to us. We are located at the Mid Town Mall in Sanford where the old good will used to be. We teach Wisdom, self control, self confidence, self esteem, self control and disipline. If you want something to work towards come to us and take a look. Classes are Mon-Sat 5-7pm.

Today we went to Family Fun Day with Kwoon Karate Academy in N.H everyone did great, we all had a wonderful time.
