Whether you lift weights, go for walks, start a step challenge, or finally join that gym you’ve been eyeing, your body will likely respond positively. Why? Because any positive shift in your routine is a new stimulus.
As a beginner, you don’t need the “perfect” plan. You need consistency, momentum, and a bit of patience.
