Been trying to tell people if we focus on anti inflammatory foods (leafy greens, veggies and in season fruits, with protein) as well as consistent movement. There wouldn’t be any arthritis. Junk food doesn’t just make us fat and sick, it also makes us hurt 😞

This also applies to perfumes, body wash, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, shampoos, lotions etc. Most of these products are full of chemicals that are considered carcinogens ( cancer causing) please switch to simple ingredient products. Drop the aluminum and titanium dioxide, red 40, toxic fragrance and other dyes in your hygiene products.

❤️‍🩹Brooklyn Skin Food Deodorant
Also, homemade brands on Etsy.
❤️‍🩹Viori Shampoo and Conditioner Bar or other organic brands with simple ingredients.
❤️‍🩹Rapha Blends Face and Body Moisturizer or make your own with beef tallow, coconut oil and essential oils
❤️‍🩹Baking Soda and Coconut Oil pulling instead of toothpaste
❤️‍🩹Make your own laundry detergent Borax, Washing Powder, Baking Soda and Epsom Salt.
❤️‍🩹Use Essential Oil wool dryer balls for dryer or just go without
❤️‍🩹Essential Oils for perfume it smells way better in my opinion mix with spring water in a spray bottle. My favorite 🤩
