Still staying on track at around 185.

Like I've said before.....it's all in your mind, once you commit you follow through.
Make the decision on what you want to achieve then kill it!!

Next clients then home to pack for a quick NY trip in the am.

So less then 2 weeks ago I changed up my nutrition again with Lisa to basically drop body fat and get leaner.
This Monday will be exactly 2 weeks on it and as of this morning I'm down to 189lbs.
Started at around 195/196.

Been in Florida since 2003, this is the lowest I've ever been down here.
Going lower to get much leaner. No cheating, no messing up, staying focused and committed.
Putting in all the work every day.

Let's see how ripped I can get.

Believe me, if you set your mind to it you can do it. Nothing is easy, you still need to bust your ass!!

Wouldn't be able to do this with Lisa prepping, measuring and getting all my meals ready.

🔥TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY🔥

1st off I wanna say, this was a very intense and aggressive goal to hit. You all can reach your goals, just need to stay focused and dedicated. It's hard work but in time it can be done.

About 9 months ago Thomas joined Rockstar to get in shape and change his life.
Dealing with a wife with cancer and a disabled son, he really wanted to get in better shape for himself and his family.
He definitely was kicking ass and focused.
I ended up taking him through a free workout and from then he started training with me and put in all the hard work, stayed focused on nutrition, training
and literally listened to everything we needed to do.

I can't tell you how proud I am of all the work you've done, and your wife still kicking ass!!
This is just next journey for us bro!!

Started at 325lbs
Today he's at 209

I absolutely love seeing my clients/friends reaching their goals 💪
