One thing I tell my younger hitters when we are working on hitting and I’m seeing slow swings…. “HULK SMASH THE BASEBALL”! This is one of my favorite things I say to the little kids because they love the super hero’s and it makes the workout more fun for them! So what do they do? They give me Incredible Hulk swings 💪🏻💪🏻. My philosophy for all my hitters is “CONTROLLED CHAOS- Swing hard, Control the Body”! My younger kids will learn that as they are doing the Incredible Hulk swings!

DoWork Baseballs 7 year old Logan Armstrong kicking butt!!! Dude has improved significantly! His arm strength has gotten stronger, he Has jumped 10mph on his Exit Velocity in just 4 months 💪🏻💪🏻, and his swing path is starting to find its way! Proud of this kid!

GOOD READ OF THE DAY!!! It’s official!!! So proud of this kid! DoWork Baseballs Matthew Egypt is officially on a college spring roster! We’ve been working for 4 years and this kid has done nothing but work his butt off! Matthew came to me after being cut from tryouts after his junior year. He needed a lot of work, and he worked, got a lot better and was cut again his senior year. Tough to make a high school team your senior year if you haven’t played at all through high school. He told me he wanted to play college baseball, and I was honest with him, that it will be hard for him to play college baseball since he’s never played showcase or high school but I told him if he worked harder than he’s ever worked and dedicated himself that it’s never impossible and dreams can become reality. So he took the time he spent at community college to put in extra work, got him a couple of tryouts and Matthew Egypt is now a college baseball player for Cecil College in Maryland 💪🏻💪🏻. Super proud of this kid! If Matthew was here, he would tell you, don’t ever give up on your dreams because you can definitely make your dreams into reality! All you baseball players that are thinking about giving up hope, take it from Matthew and know that nothing is ever impossible! You got this 💪🏻
